Terms and conditions (Parchment Books)

Acknowledgement of orders

  1. We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail, and will keep customers fully updated with their purchase.
  2. You must ensure that you type in your correct e-mail address correctly to ensure the smooth running of all transactions between you the customer and Parchment Books.
  3. Please do not hesitate to contact the store for any further information on your purchase on 01234 567 8901.

Order acceptance

  1. Your transaction can not be completed until your credit/debit card has been accepted for full payment of goods.
  2. Parchment Books reserve the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order or to request further additional information regards payment of goods.
  3. your acceptance of payments will be confirmed via the e-mail address that has been submitted to us.

Delivery details

  1. We will only deliver goods when the address of the card holder is that of the final delivery destination of the products purchased.
  2. we endeavour to deliver all goods within the lead times stated on all goods bought.when there is a possibility that the goods will be delayed we will give prior notice via e-mail.
  3. When there are public holidays or other national events please accept that your goods will be delayed.
  4. With the carriers that we use we will only deliver weekdays between 10am-4pm if there is no response from the home address there will be a docket left for you to collect at your earliest convenience.
  5. If you receive confirmation of a transaction and you do not receive the goods within the allotted time please either e-mail or telephone immediately, we can then proceed to track the parcel for it's whereabouts, this must be done within 14 days.

Order cancellation

  1. You have the right to cancel any order that you have placed no more than 7 days after confirmation of the transaction, this can be done via e-mail sales@ace-golf.co.uk.
  2. If you receive the goods in between cancellation, you must return the goods unused and in the same condition as they were sent before any refunds can be given (please use docket enclosed).
  3. Unwanted goods must be returned no more than 30 days from purchase, you will be responsible for the cost of the postage, please keep all documentation safe for any return.
(We suggest that when sending parcels back please use a reputable carrier.
We can not accept responsibility of the return goods until signed for by one of Parchment Books staff.)

Returns policy

  1. In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods with manufacturing defects, we will be more than willing to replace the product , or if repairable will send the product back for repair, most manufactures guarantees last for 12 months from day of purchase.
  2. For us to replace or repair we will require the relevant documentation, receipt of goods, proof of delivery, and any manufacturers warranty documents.
  3. If we receive any goods that we judge to be unjustified to be replaced, we will seek further assistance from a manufacturer to establish the nature of the fault, all customers will be notified of our action.
  4. When goods are faulty we will be more than happy to collect the goods at our cost, you will need to e-mail sales@ace-golf.co.uk.

Description of goods

  1. we will endeavour to supply accurate product images,and any product knowledge which will benefit all consumers to the best of our ability.
  2. Please be aware that occasionally the images may not accurately display the exact colour, and may vary slightly.
  3. All our description of goods are always of the products that you receive when purchasing goods from Parchment Books, we will never misinterpret or substitute any products sold on-line.
